Welcome to OnlineMetalRecycling.com! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our multi-vendor e-commerce platform (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Platform Overview

• OnlineMetalRecycling.com is an online marketplace that allows independent vendors (“Sellers”) to list, market, and sell products directly to customers (“Buyers”).
• We act solely as an intermediary platform and are not the seller of products listed by third-party vendors.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Platform.
• By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

• To make purchases or sell products, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and fulfillment.
• Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, product safety, and tax regulations.

5. No Returns / No Refunds Policy

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any products purchased through the Platform.
• Buyers are encouraged to review product descriptions and specifications carefully before making a purchase.
• In the event of defective or damaged goods, Buyers must contact the administrator- ultimaterecyclinginfo@gmail.com directly to resolve the matter.

6. Payments

• Payments are processed through our secure payment gateway.
• Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes as stated.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of OnlineMetalRecycling.com or its licensors.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or products purchased through it.
• Our role is limited to facilitating transactions between Buyers and Sellers.
• Hold Harmless Agreement and Waiver of Liability
  I hereby state that I am the lawful owner of the material described hereon, that I have a right to sell same, and that all State redemption material list is in fact valid State redemption material and that for payment received in full, hereby acknowledged, I sell and convey title of same to the recycler. I warrant that this material does not contain any hazardous substance as defined by federal and/or state law, and I agree to indemnify Purchaser/Payer if this is untrue. I declare under perjury that the forgoing is true and correct.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnlineMetalRecycling.com, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
