You will pave the way for people thousands of miles away from each other to have equal opportunity in this business, and not only that but as a Sales Rep you are most important for creating more jobs across your state and country. The potential earning for this role is astronomical, truly a role where your income reflects the effort you put in. You will receive a base pay through your training and understanding of your responsibility here at Ultimate as well as uncapped Commission, bonuses, and residuals. As far as moving up within the company: there is no limit to what you can accomplish at Ultimate Recycling. our entire business model is people and helping them grow, our business and site were designed by a salesman at heart, meaning: make your effort and ethic known and you will always be rewarded. In building yourself you will help us change the way the world recycles.
What you'll do
- Prospect and sign scrap yards, auto repair shops, salvage yards, industrial companies, and more.
- Walk prospects through the marketplace and their first listing
- Get sellers through verification and onto a paid membership
- Coordinate pickups with dispatch so a new seller's first experience is a good one
- Maintain your account records in the system
- Feed competitive intelligence back to management
- Operate the company vehicle safely and keep it maintained
What you need
- Outside B2B sales
- Confident in your presence, feel important
- Able to explain a pricing and commission structure clearly and honestly
- Valid driver's license, 21 or older, clean recent driving record
- Scrap, waste, industrial, or construction sales background preferred
