Getting Started

Signup and seller approval requirements

Click 'Register' at the top of the site and choose your profile. Buyers provide their company and expected purchase tier. Sellers provide business identity details, an EIN, a registered address, and a business-license record. Seller approval requires the registered address and license record to be on file, unless an administrator records an audited override.
Ultimate Recycling Inc. is a B2B marketplace. A seller's business-license record and registered address are part of the seller approval requirements and help operations review the commercial account. Payout readiness is handled separately.
A seller signs up with an EIN, a registered business address, and a clear business-license or corporate-registration file in PDF or image format. The application currently records the address and license file for seller approval; it does not require a separate proof-of-address upload.
No. Ultimate Recycling Inc. enforces absolute double-blind anonymity. Buyers and sellers never learn each other's identities, company names, or addresses. We broker the entire transaction, coordinate pickup, and route shipments through our facilities to keep details confidential.
Offers & Listings

Understanding the B2B offer engine

Browse our active listings catalog, select a lot, and enter your offer amount. Your offer must satisfy the minimum required increment above the current offer. If your offer is beaten, you will receive an instantaneous push notification. You can make offers as many times as you like until the listing closes.
You will receive a confirmation email. You are not charged automatically — you have 72 hours to complete checkout yourself, by card or an approved offline method. Once payment is confirmed, we schedule the pickup and collect the lot with our own fleet. Seller proceeds are held until the lot has been picked up.
No. Offers on Ultimate Recycling Inc. are legally binding. Retracting offers is not permitted. Once you make an offer, you commit to purchase the material at that price should your offer be accepted. Please make offers carefully.
This is the active time remaining in the listing. When the countdown hits zero, the listing closes and the leading buyer wins. Note that we enforce soft-close anti-sniping extensions: any offer placed within the final 5 minutes extends the countdown by an additional 5 minutes.
Absolutely! Click the star icon on any active listing card to save it to your Watchlist. You will receive real-time notifications about price shifts, offers, and soonest closing statuses, with no transactional commitment.
Buyer Contracts

Standing auto-offers that work while you're away

A buyer contract is a standing auto-offer. You pick a material and set a maximum price, and our system offers on your behalf — up to that ceiling — whenever a matching lot is listed. Think of it as a hands-off way to compete for the material you always want, without watching the catalog around the clock. You can keep one active contract per material.
We act immediately. The moment you save the contract, the system places your auto-offer on every live lot that matches your material. You do not have to wait for the next listing — if there is an open listing for that material right now, you are entered into it instantly at the lowest amount needed to compete (never above your max).
Yes. A contract fires on both current and future lots for its material. As soon as a new matching listing goes live — whether it's listed today or next month — your auto-offer is entered automatically. The contract keeps working on every qualifying lot until you pause it, set it to expire, or delete it.
No. Your max is a hidden ceiling, not your offer. The system uses eBay-style proxy offering: it only raises your offer as far as needed to stay in front of competing buyers, and never goes above your maximum. Your ceiling is never shown to other buyers. If everyone else drops out below your max, you win at the lower competing price — not at your ceiling.
No. Lowering your maximum does not retract or claw back any offers the system has already placed on your behalf. The new, lower ceiling only applies to future offers — on the next round of offers or on new lots that come up. Offers are binding once placed, so adjust your contract with that in mind.
On your Contracts page you can pause (deactivate) a contract at any time — that stops it from auto-offering on new lots, though it does not retract offers already placed. You can also set an optional expiry date, after which the contract stops offering on its own. The material on an existing contract can't be changed; to switch materials, deactivate the contract and create a new one.
Payments & Settlement

Security, payment processing, and seller payouts

Payment is buyer-initiated within 72 hours of winning — nothing is charged when the listing closes. Every payment is reviewed before the lot is marked paid; card payments are reviewed promptly, offline payments once we confirm receipt of funds. If the deadline passes without payment, the award is forfeited. Seller proceeds are held until the lot has been picked up, and are then paid out on request.
We accept secure bank wire transfers, ACH transfers, and corporate credit/debit cards. All transactions are securely routed through our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never store raw card numbers or bank credentials on our systems.
Contact us as soon as you can. Our driver records weights and photographs at pickup, and any discrepancy is flagged to our staff. Material is sold as-is and settlement is based on the listed quantity, so we review these case by case — we may decline to load, hold the seller's payout, or cancel the transaction. There is no automatic refund or penalty.
Logistics & Delivery

Pickup scheduling, scale tickets, and collection

Ultimate Recycling Inc. does, using our own fleet. We schedule the pickup, dispatch the driver, and handle the shipping paperwork. Neither buyers nor sellers arrange third-party transport.
We collect the lot from the seller and bring it to our facility, and the buyer collects it from there. We do not deliver to buyer premises and we do not use third-party freight carriers. Pickup from the seller is scheduled at listing time, no sooner than two business days out, and you will receive tracking updates.
Yes. Your total is the winning offer multiplied by the listed quantity, plus the buyer premium — there is no separate transport or delivery charge. Collecting from our facility is free.
